Power has been restored to over 11,000 homes in northeast Calgary after they were affected by an outage early Sunday, Enmax said.
The power company posted on social media site X that the outages are affecting parts of Martindale, Cornerstone, Saddle Ridge, Stoney 3, Saddle Ridge Industrial, Rocky View County, Homestead and Aviation Park.
While it happened around 11 a.m., power has been restored as of 12:44 p.m.
The cause of the outages isn’t known at this time.
