Police are looking for a man who was riding an e-bike after a road rage incident in southeast Calgary left another man hurt.

Calgary police were called to 36 Street and 26 Avenue SE around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a fight.

Investigators say an argument between the driver of a vehicle and an e-bike rider turned physical. The 66-year-old driver was hit at least once by the e-bike rider.

The e-bike rider fled before emergency crews arrived.

The driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The rider of the e-bike is described as a man in his 20s who was last seen wearing blue pants and a black jacket. He was driving a black e-bike and not wearing a helmet.
