Calgary police are looking for a man accused of two sexual assaults in Central Memorial Park last week.
Investigators say around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 7, a woman was walking her dog through the park at 12 Avenue and 4 Street SW, when a man came up to her and asked to pet her dog.
Police allege he then touched the woman “aggressively” without her consent.
The woman was able to push the man away and leave the area.
However, as she was leaving, she apparently saw him approach another woman who was walking a large, white dog in the park, before allegedly touching her without consent.
Police say the second woman hasn’t come forward, and investigators want to speak with her.
The suspect is described as a person with a light complexion, curly strawberry-blonde hair, who was wearing pants with red trim, a dark-coloured hoodie, dark-coloured shoes with white soles, and carrying a black backpack.
